Register, subscribe, and shop! We will reward you with loyalty points, which you can use on your next purchase as you wish!

• Number of credits for registration: 3€
• Number of credits for confirming newsletter subscription: 5€
• Number of credits for purchases: 5% of the gross value of the products (2% for discounted products)

Points are credited upon successful completion of the order.

You must redeem them within 120 days, after which the points will expire! You can spend your accumulated points all at once or in multiple transactions.

What are the conditions for using loyalty points?

Loyalty points cannot be used when redeeming a coupon.
How do I know how many loyalty points I have?
Log in, then find your available points on your profile page under the discounts tab.

How can I redeem them?

During the purchase process, at the shipping and payment selection stage, you can decide whether to use your current loyalty point balance.

Can I earn loyalty points if I shop in-store?

Loyalty points are only awarded for orders placed through our online store. Order from home and choose in-store pickup, and we will credit the loyalty points!

Terms of Use:

• Only registered users can use the loyalty points.
• Loyalty points are earned only for purchases made on the Desirel.com online store and can only be redeemed online.
• Points are activated after the order is completed and received.
• Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Accumulated points cannot be transferred to another person.
• No points are awarded for canceled or uncollected orders.
• Shipping costs are not included in the points calculation.
• Cannot be combined with coupon promotions.
• Loyalty points cannot be used simultaneously with any promotional coupon redemption!
