We accept orders only electronically through our e-shop at www.desirel.com. Orders submitted via SMS, fax, email, or mail are not accepted.

Product Selection - To add items to your cart, simply click the cart icon or to the "Add to Cart" button next to the items you are interested in.
1. Your Cart - In your cart, you can review the items and quantities you have selected, as well as the total amount to be paid. If you have a discount/gift voucher code, enter it in the "Discount Coupon" field and click "Verify >." The minimum order value is 50 €.
2. Shipping, Payment Method, and Delivery Details - After selecting products, you need to provide the delivery details for the ordered items and choose the shipping and payment method. You can shop with or without registration. Registration offers the advantage of having your own account, where you can update your information, view your previous orders, and be the first to receive information about our news and promotions.
3. Order Confirmation - Here, you can review your order, make changes if necessary, and confirm it.
4. Order Information - After successfully completing and submitting your order, you will receive a CONFIRMATION email with a list of the ordered items, the final amount, payment method, and delivery. Subsequently, after the shipment is sent, you will receive an email containing the shipment number and expected delivery date.

Yes, we will send your ordered products discreetly, without any labeling, in a plain brown box or a large padded envelope. The package will only contain your name and address.

When choosing lingerie or sexy clothing, make sure to select the correct size. We only exchange items in case of material defects. Items cannot be exchanged due to incorrect size. We provide a size chart to assist you, which you can find here.

We provide a 2 year warranty on products purchased from our e-shop equipped with an electric motor and sex furnitures. For some products, the manufacturer offers a warranty that exceeds the mandatory requirement. You can find more information about this on the product pages.
