Before starting to use the CalExotics vaginal dilator set, make sure to consult with your treating doctor or gynecologist!

First, create a relaxing atmosphere around you and mentally prepare yourself for using the product. Relaxation is very important!
Ensure that you won't be disturbed during use!

Recommended practice:

• Always clean the product before use
• Assume a comfortable sitting or lying position, with a gentle spread
• Begin the exercise with the smallest vaginal dilator!
• Apply water-based lubricant on both the dilator and vaginal opening
• Breathe calmly, then gently and slowly insert the dilator into your vagina.
• Insert only as far as it feels comfortable and not unpleasant.
• Hold the dilator in your vagina or at the entrance, wherever it feels better
• Start moving the dilator back and forth, but importantly, do not fully remove it!
• Slowly pull and insert the dilator five times consecutively, then rotate the device first from right to left, then from left to right
• Repeat these movements 3-4 times, aiding the dilation of the vaginal walls
• After finishing, slowly remove the dilator and relax for a few more minutes
• If the smallest dilator moves easily inside you, your vaginal walls are ready to accommodate a larger dilator
• Repeat the same movements with progressively larger dilators, until you feel the dilation is sufficient
• It's advisable to perform the stretching exercises 2-4 times a week
