Usage Tip:
After applying lubricant, insert the vibe into the vagina with the controller facing outward. First, just play around with small in-and-out movements, then go all the way in.

When you're ready, switch on the E-Stim function, which stimulates muscles and nerves. The sensation can vary greatly, from a tingling sensation on the skin to gentle muscle twitches, depending heavily on the settings.

Control Guide:

The device has 4 buttons:

• Press the button with a circle symbol to activate the vibration – indicated by LED light. Continue pressing to switch between vibration modes. To turn it off, press and hold the button.
• Pressing the button with an arrow starts the E-Stim function – indicated by LED light. Continue pressing to switch between vibration modes. To turn it off, press and hold the button.
  When the LED turns green, the pelvic floor exercise function is active.
• Use the + and - buttons to adjust the E-Stim intensity across 10 levels.
• To lock or unlock the keys: press and hold both the circle symbol button and the arrow button together for about 3 seconds – when locked, the LED lights will blink briefly.

Charging:
Charging the product is super simple thanks to the included magnetic USB cable.
The charging port is on the opposite side of the buttons, marked by two small metal points.
