Important to know:
Electro-stimulation devices use a low-frequency, modulated direct current that can stimulate muscles and nerves. The sensations can range from a tingling on the skin to mild muscle twitching, depending on the settings and where the electrodes are placed. It’s important that both electrodes of a channel are placed on the skin, preferably on the same area (it might not work properly, for example, if one is placed over a muscular area and the other over a softer part, or one on a hairy part and the other on smooth skin).
The feeling generated largely depends on the type of electrode used, and it's crucial to use clean, highly conductive electrodes with electrode gel (care must be taken not to let self-adhesive electrodes dry out).

With the right settings, stimulation can be intensified to the point of orgasm without touch, or even be used for punishment and pain.
